Brasil Game Show will host the grand final of the PlayStation Tournaments competition for MARVEL Tōkon: Fighting Souls on Saturday, October 10, at Distrito Anhembi in São Paulo. The finalists earned their spots through an online open qualifier run on PlayStation Tournaments, the competitive platform built into the PlayStation ecosystem that lets players find and enter tournaments straight from their console. Sign-ups ran from September 5 to 19 on the PlayStation Tournaments website, and the top eight players from the online stage move on to the in-person showdown, with travel and accommodation covered by PlayStation.
What’s at Stake
Beyond the trophy, every finalist goes home with something. The champion takes a DualSense Edge wireless controller plus a product kit from Citizen, Pandora, Funko, Hasbro and LEGO. Second and third place each receive a PULSE Elite wireless headset and a selection of partner-brand products, while players from fourth to eighth place get Funko and Hasbro items and a 12-month PlayStation Plus subscription.

About the Game
MARVEL Tōkon: Fighting Souls is a 4v4 team-based fighting game developed by Arc System Works in collaboration with PlayStation Studios and Marvel Games, and published by Sony Interactive Entertainment. The roster mixes heroes and villains such as Captain America, Iron Man, Spider-Man, Doctor Doom, Storm, Ms. Marvel, Star-Lord and Ghost Rider (Robbie Reyes), all reimagined in an anime-inspired style. According to the publisher, its mechanics are designed to welcome newcomers while still serving the competitive fighting game scene. It’s available on PS5 through the PlayStation Store, and on PC via Steam and the Epic Games Store.
