The largest Year 1 expansion introduces the new Aegyptus province, while a free weekend and discounts give newcomers a chance to join the Roman Empire.
Anno 117: Pax Romana – Dawn of the Delta is now available on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. Released on November 5, the expansion brings the new province of Aegyptus to Ubisoft’s city-building strategy game, introducing new production chains, goods, deities, characters, and challenges for aspiring Roman governors.
As the third and largest expansion of the game’s first year of content, Dawn of the Delta offers a new region to develop and integrate into the empire. Players can add Aegyptus to an existing save or choose it as their starting province in a new game.
Explore Aegyptus and Build Along the Nile
Unlike the territories of Latium and Albion, Aegyptus is built around a vast river delta, where players must manage settlements across different types of terrain. The region introduces new irrigation methods, seasonal river floods, and production opportunities that require a different approach to city planning.
The expansion also adds new goods, technologies, deities, and characters, along with river-focused ships and new military units. Players will encounter a new rival governor and a local raider, while a murder mystery involving a prominent local figure adds another storyline to the campaign.

The game is also available with discounts of up to 40% off for a limited time, with promotions varying by platform. Progress made during the Free Weekend carries over if players decide to purchase the game afterward.
